E.O.S Lip Balm

My brother bought me the EOS (Evolution of Smooth) lip balm in honeysuckle honeydew from Walgreens. I LOVE this thing! It has a subtle smell and flavor, has really adorable packaging and makes my lips feel really soft.

There are four flavors available.
* lemon drop spf 15 (newest available flavor)
* honeysuckle honeydew
* summer fruit
* sweet mint

EOS describes their lip balms:
Can a lip balm make you smile? We think so. That’s why we invented this one.
* Long-lasting moisture
* Shea butter & vitamin E
* Smoothes on clear
* New smooth sphere precisely glides on to lips
* Twist-off top
* Gluten-free
* Paraben-free
* Petrolatum-free
* Phthalate-free
EOS lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, eos keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth.

Directions
Twist off top. Pucker up. Smooth on. Smile.

I really want to try the other flavors, especially sweet mint and summer fruit. :)

Products I am currently trying

If you are a Beauty Inside at Sephora and reach 500 points, you have the option of receiving the Ole Hendriksen 3 Little Wonders Mini set. I held off on the previous OPI nail polish set because I heard the colors are thin and runny. RAEview talked about these Ole Hendriksen products in two of her reviews. I have to say, I do not regret getting this bonus :)

Sorry for the poor quality of the images >.<

Here are the descriptions of the products

I am also trying the Jergens Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer in Fair to Medium Skin Tones. I bought it from CVS. I've heard good reviews on this from emilynoel83 and friends. I've tried it once already and I noticed that it does not give me a gross orange tinge to my skin which is a definite plus. It does have a fake tan smell, though. Those of you who have tried the mystic tan spray know what I'm talking about, right?

The Phytorhum Forifying Shampoo smells like candy! Not like overly sweet, rotting teeth candy, but more like a subtle milder sweet smell...somewhat of a cross between vanilla, cotton candy, and caramel. It costs $24 for a 6.7oz bottle from Sephora. I bought it because lollipop26 recommended it in one of her videos. It has a light, champagne-like color, smells gorgeous, and lathers very well. I've only tried it once so I'll let you know how it works out after using the product for a longer time.

I've only tried the product for one week now, but I must say...it adds some volume to my lifeless hair. My hair usually falls flat against my head and has NO volume. This shampoo has helped bring some oomph into my hair. :)

Until next time!

My 1st (flawed) attempt at gradation nails

Here is the result of my first attempt at doing blue gradation nails. I can't wait until my nails grow longer...I'll try different colors :)

Here are the products I used
ORLY Calcium Shield, OPI Think Merry! Pink Merry!, Sephora by OPI Underwater Fantasy, Sephora by OPI Fancy Schmancy, OPI Blue My Mind, and TheFaceShop WH004

May 2010 Eye Candy

My current eye candy for the month of May...
I wish I wasn't so broke so I could actually purchase some of these items :(

YSL's ROUGE VOLUPTÉ
Silky Sensual Radiant Lipstick SPF 15

I've been hearing so many good things about this product from fellow makeup lovers on youtube such as RAEview and michele1218.

I want to try the colors:
#1 nude beige,

#2 sensual silk,

and #7 lingerie pink

I also want to get some hair rollers. StyleSuzi (who always seems to have beautiful, full-bodied hair)
suggested the "BaByliss Ceramic Hot Rollers" in her youtube description box.
I searched on Beautychoice.com and I think I found the one she uses.
It's called 'BaByliss PRO Ceramic 20 Roller Setter'

and can be found here.

It costs $54.95 and you get
* 8 large, 6 medium and 6 small rollers
* Soft velvety surface of the roller is comfortable in use, kind to hair and gives good grip
* 20 butterfly clips
* 20 metal pins
* On/off indicator light
* Heat ready dot tells you when unit is heated up

I have been using the Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream SPF 42 PA+++ for about two-three years now. It's got great SPF protection and I think it smells great, but it doesn't quite match my skin tone. I've tried TheFaceShop's BB cream, but the color is an even worse match for my skin tone and it doesn't even smell pleasant.

I recently purchased the L'EGERE White Multi Blemish Balm BB Cream from an ebay seller. Fuzkittie recommends it. I will let you know how it works out after I test it. If you don't want to buy it from ebay, you can also purchase it from here.

I also want to try Dr. Jart+
Detox Healing Blemish Base SPF 25 PA++

XppinkXx recommends it.

I would LOVE to get a faux LV speedy purse. Yes, you read that correctly. I want a FAKE one. Why? I am the clumsiest person and I would be too nervous that something would happen to a real one. At least if it's a fake one, I wouldn't be as paranoid about handling my purse. I can't imagine paying between $665-$740 for a speedy bag. Does anyone know where I can get a nice looking, fake, LV speedy purse?

Lastly, I'm DYING to get the SK-II air foundation. When I got my makeup done for my friend's wedding and my makeup artist used this on my face. My makeup looked AMAZING that day! She used concealer to cover up my breakouts and then used this on my face. I couldn't feel anything, but when I looked in the mirror afterwards, it looked great. This foundation is supposed to be "charged" so that it only clings to moisture. Hence, it doesn't stain your hair. You just clothes your eyes and mouth and spray for coverage.

The color she used seems a bit light for the rest of my body, but the coverage was really nice and dewy (not oily).

You can find out more about the product here.
