Update: Ole Hendriksen, Jergens, & Phytorum

So far I am liking the Ole Hendriksen 3 Little Wonders Mini Set. However, I'm a firm believer that you should use a skincare product for a minimum of 2-3 months before deciding that it's suited for your skin. I'll give you another update later on.

The Jergens Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer in Fair works great. The smell slightly bothers me, but it's much cheaper than getting a mystic tan, doesn't turn my skin orange, and provides a gradual, believable tan color to my skin. :)

And last, but not least the Phytorhum Forifying Shampoo is a "no go" in my book. It smells good and provides great volume to my hair. However, my scalp can't handle this shampoo. My scalp gets congested easily (which then leads to breakouts) so I have to be very careful on which shampoos I use. *sigh* For those of you without this problem, it might work better for you.

My brother bought me the EOS (Evolution of Smooth) lip balm in honeysuckle honeydew from Walgreens. I LOVE this thing! It has a subtle smell and flavor, has really adorable packaging and makes my lips feel really soft.

There are four flavors available.
* lemon drop spf 15 (newest available flavor)
* honeysuckle honeydew
* summer fruit
* sweet mint

EOS describes their lip balms:
Can a lip balm make you smile? We think so. That’s why we invented this one.
* Long-lasting moisture
* Shea butter & vitamin E
* Smoothes on clear
* New smooth sphere precisely glides on to lips
* Twist-off top
* Gluten-free
* Paraben-free
* Petrolatum-free
* Phthalate-free
EOS lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, eos keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth.

Directions

I really want to try the other flavors, especially sweet mint and summer fruit. :)

Products I am currently trying

If you are a Beauty Inside at Sephora and reach 500 points, you have the option of receiving the Ole Hendriksen 3 Little Wonders Mini set. I held off on the previous OPI nail polish set because I heard the colors are thin and runny. RAEview talked about these Ole Hendriksen products in two of her reviews. I have to say, I do not regret getting this bonus :)

Sorry for the poor quality of the images >.<

Here are the descriptions of the products

I am also trying the Jergens Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer in Fair to Medium Skin Tones. I bought it from CVS. I've heard good reviews on this from emilynoel83 and friends. I've tried it once already and I noticed that it does not give me a gross orange tinge to my skin which is a definite plus. It does have a fake tan smell, though. Those of you who have tried the mystic tan spray know what I'm talking about, right?

The Phytorhum Forifying Shampoo smells like candy! Not like overly sweet, rotting teeth candy, but more like a subtle milder sweet smell...somewhat of a cross between vanilla, cotton candy, and caramel. It costs $24 for a 6.7oz bottle from Sephora. I bought it because lollipop26 recommended it in one of her videos. It has a light, champagne-like color, smells gorgeous, and lathers very well. I've only tried it once so I'll let you know how it works out after using the product for a longer time.

I've only tried the product for one week now, but I must say...it adds some volume to my lifeless hair. My hair usually falls flat against my head and has NO volume. This shampoo has helped bring some oomph into my hair. :)

Until next time!

My 1st (flawed) attempt at gradation nails

Here is the result of my first attempt at doing blue gradation nails. I can't wait until my nails grow longer...I'll try different colors :)

Here are the products I used
